They Paid, But Never Saw the Project: Checkatrade Disaster.
My rundown with Checkatrade became a total disaster. I engaged a trader through their service to carry out some crucial home repairs. They appeared trustworthy at first, but it ended up a terrible ordeal.
Although I paid the full amount website upfront, the work was never done. Contact became impossible. It's been a truly agonizing period, and I'm still left with a gaping hole where my sense of security once was.
Their customer service has been unhelpful throughout this whole process. They provided empty promises. It feels like I've been robbed.
